  1. At this point I think the amps may need to be looked at. The instructions I sent you will reset the USB section as well as the device firmware and should reset the amp. Since your profile is incomplete I am not sure where you are at. If you are in the U.S. or the amps were purchased in the U.S. you should contact Crown Factory Service for us to look at them. If the amps were purchased ouside the U.S. you should contact the distributor for your country for them to look at the amps. Ok no problem, i will contact Martin from audioxl, they are the distributor for Holland. Thnx!
  2. I received the update files but its still not working, i 'flashed' the firmware twice directly after each other but the descriptionfield stays empty. System architect reconize's the amp but isnt placing it on the desktop, with all the other amps (xti & itech) it works well only these two XTI4000's dont listen. Please some support or suggestions.
  3. Hello! I got exact the same problem as stated here with 2 of my XTI4000 amps, when i look in system architect the description field is empty. Al my other XTI-1000, 2000 & 4000 amps work well with SA. Can you please sent met the file mentioned as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!
