  1. Hi, i didn't receive your mail but "one install after another" sounds interesting ... thanks for your reply
  2. Hi, thank you for your reply. Now I tried out another notebook. The problem was not System Architect it was about hardware detection. Dont't ask me why but the Fujitsu Siemens book detected the amp. Finally I updated the Firmware via CLoader and I also checked System Architect for USB-Connection. I see the amp in the network wizard, the buttons "Locate On" and "Locate Off) also works (amp start/stop blinking). After finishing this procedure by clicking on the finish button, System Architect don't add my amp as device. A restart of SA also don't solve the problem. A manual add of the device in the Venue View cause a "XTi - Offline" Further informations: Network Active, Devices: 1 Online:0 Offline:1 How can I get the amp online?
  3. Hi, I purchased the XTI 4000 amp. Everythink works fine, but I still can't connect to the amp via USB. I tried out several usbcables, several notebooks: MacBook 13 Mac Os X 10.5 (Leopard) Toshiba Satellite Win XP Home (SP2 + latest update) Neither the MacBook nor the Toshiba can detect the amp. Using System Architect 1.5 For sure the software won't connect, cause I cannot detect the amp. Because of this a firmware-update is also impossible. Any issues? Viktor
