Rodney Rupp:  Manager Field Support

Rod has a strong background in CobraNet, Networking, HiQnet, London Architect, Blu-Link, and System Design.  Rod has over 15 years of experience in Low Voltage Contracting and over 13 years in Pro Audio Manufacturing experience.  If you need assistance in any way with our Software or Products, Rod and his team are always willing to help.

Kevin Gring: Field Support Engineer

Kevin has a strong background in both amplifier applications and repair troubleshooting. Kevin also has a good background in IQ Network and HiQnet™ System Architect applications. If you need any assistance with amplifier repair or with your audio system, Kevin is an excellent choice.

Thomas Lureman: Field Support Engineer

Tom has a strong background in HiQnet System Architect applications. If you need any assistance with networking or control, Tom is your go to person.

Kip Whitehead: Team Leader, Field Support

Kip has a strong background in amplifier applications and repair troubleshooting.
